Webshop Return Policy

This is a return policy for markdumanon.com’s webshop.

Eligible products for return

I want my customers to be 100% happy with what I provide – which is why I accept returns on all products I sell – even ebooks.

Return and refund process

If a product is not to your liking, e-mail markdumanon@markdumanon.com or use the Contact Form with the following information:

1. Name and order number, so I can check whether you actually bought the ebook. Order number can be found on the receipt.
2. (Optional) Why you want a refund (This helps me improve my products).
3. Payment details for me to send the refund to. This can be an IBAN, bank account, or Paypal.
4. If you bought a physical product, send it to the following address: Mark Dumanon, Ravelplein 35, 2807HJ Gouda, Netherlands
5. I’ll send you your money back in fewer than 31 days. If you want a refund for a physical item, this term starts on the first day that I have received the item.
