When I was living in my student flat, we had a pullup bar. I was enthusiastic enough to do a few pullups whenever I walked through that doorway. The result is that I got better at it.
The result of doing no pullups for 3 years, however, is that you get worse at it. I have been doing pushups, situps and squats occasionally, but not consistently.
It’s time to get back into doing something healthy and mindful.
It feels good doing something. It wasn’t much but at least it’s a start.
