I want to eat vegetarian more. But where to get my proteins? Lentils, apparently. This meal is so fucking cheap, filling and protein-packed that I’m enthusiastic about it. No nonsense food.
Ingredients and Materials
- 700gr lentils
- 3-4 litres of water, depending on how thick you want the soup to be
- 4 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 big onion, chopped
- 5 cloves of garlic, chopped
- Pepper, salt
- Vegetable stock
Recipe
- Wash the lentils,
- Add the water,
- Put on stove,
- Add the rest of the ingredients,
- Let cook for 40 minutes. Stir every sometimes.
