It’s been two years and two days since I’ve started this blog.
The first post I wrote was a post on eating more fruit, but it’s probably not the first post, since it starts with ‘2)’. I guess I wasn’t proud enough of the real first post.
Slow and steady is the motto. Adding value is with what you win the lotto.– Mark Dumanon, two thousand fucking twenty
Now I am not a gambler. But I know that in order to be able to win the lotto, you have to buy a ticket; you have to invest before you have the chance to win something.
The plan from the man
This month I’m going to buy a dependable laptop which can edit images and from then on you will see a boost in design on my corner of the internet. I aim to paint more in my free time since it’s an activity which I am essentially good at, can’t get around it, and use those paintings to complement my site. Sell and give away artwork; it was and stays one of the goals of this site.
I’m taking a course on how to turn my life experiences into valuable information so you will see more on the topics of discipline, study habits, minimalism, sobriety and productivity, text-wise. They’re fields I want to develop because I’ve found that creating brings me more fulfilment than laying in bed all day or playing videogames.
On a personal level, I’m aiming to save more money and budget harder. Maybe a monthly plan? Let’s see how far discipline can take me in a year.
Until the next time.
