Eat your two pieces!

Hi, just a short reminder for you to eat your two pieces a day today. Stay healthy!

Eating fruits has lots of benefits. Take the high amount of vitamin C in oranges, for example. Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant, for those who didn’t know. Time to take out the juicer and fire up that bad boy!

As for myself, I’ve been eating a lot of meat lately. Chicken, turkey… I’ve got a  turkey sandwich in my bag as I’m typing this.

Meat contains lots of protein,  the essential nutrient.

Just a friendly reminder to fill up your fruit basket, and then eat until it’s empty again!
